I Will Never Leave Thee

When the oceans roar, and the waves are high
When the mountains quake, and the earth trembles
When the storm clouds roll, and fierce winds blow
Our God is still on His throne, and we are not alone
When nations go to war, and there is no hint of peace
When crime increases, and there is murder on our streets
When sickness invades, and our bodies become frail
Our God is still on His throne, and we are not alone
When jobs play out, and all our debts are long overdue
When parents divorce, and little children are neglected
When bosses are demanding, and we are overworked
Our God is still on His throne, and we are not alone
When politics is crooked, and Christians are persecuted
When praying is outlawed, and Bibles are burned
When laws are corrupt, and there seems to be no hope
Our God is still on His throne, and we are not alone

Hebrews 13:5 KJV Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
